Giolito creates this feeling with great attention to details and know-how, remarkable inventiveness and use of fine raw materials. It persuades by its natural and pure taste and unique flavours, as well as top quality from, whenever possible, regional "all natural" production. Our products are exclusively made from fresh and natural ingredients using only highest quality raw materials. We discard artificial flavours, preservatives and food colouring. All our gelati are gluten-free and our Sorbettis are also lactose-free and with a fruit content from up to 68%.
The high proportion of dry matter with low overrun guarantees the incomparably creamy, mild and slowly melting texture. As a result, we achieve the highest intensity of each and every flavouring ingredient. During the freezing process, the mass is stirred for up to 24 hours, which makes it very creamy, smooth and unalterable.
